My Penn Foodies series week wouldn't be complete without one last healthy scoop of fun.

Before Robert Gant (C'90, Penn Six) appeared on "Queer as Folk", he played the Good Humor Ice-Cream Man in a commercial!  

Who knew?!

Babies, Superglue and Heinz Ketchup: Their Funny Contest Submissions (VIDEOS)

In wrapping up our "Penn Foodies" series for this week, today is all about fun food related videos.

Earlier today I posted two videos about a Penn alum being hired to impersonate Emeril Legasse.

Now I want to share with you two randomly and separately received submissions from Alex Petrovitch (C'01) and Matt Russak (SEAS '03) for the Heinz "Take 2" commercial competition last year.  While neither of them won, these are both very entertaining!

Tale of buffoonery between Mike and Will involving superglue and ketchup at the office.  Note the "The Office" parody of this commercial.  Matt does a good Jim, no?

On a related note, Alex tells me he has booked an appearance on the upcoming season of "24". Check out THIS Penn alum who appeared on "24" last year!

Bam! He's Impersonating Emeril Legasse (VIDEOS)

What would my Penn Foodies series be without paying tribute to a great chef?

Or impersonating one...

Jared Miller (C'97) recently got hired with five other guys to do some webisodes promoting Emeril Legasse's food products.  Each of the webisodes were shot as "auditions" for the best Emeril impression/impersonation each highlighting one of four product lines. 

Other impersonators you'll see in the videos include Martha Stewart, Regis and Kelly, Mario Batoli, Iron Chef Morimoto, Nomar, Mia Hamm, Shawn Johnson, and Sammy Hagar.

She's the L'Oreal Deal: Elizabeth Banks Teams Up with Eva Longoria and Beyonce (VIDEOS)

Did you catch Elizabeth Banks (C'96) in her new L'Oreal Paris commercial during this past Sunday's The Celebrity Apprentice? She looked stunning!

Apparently there are other versions of the commercial in which Liz is alongside Eva Longoria and Beyonce.
